Help facilitate and manage daily classroom activities inside and on the playground.

Maintains a calm, caring attitude and constant observation of the children to respectfully enforce ground rules and classroom behavior guidelines.
Support each child's social-emotional development by utilizing Montessori and Positive Discipline strategies.
Assists in maintaining a neat, well organized, and prepared environment.
Ensure safety and well-being of children at all times.
Help with toilet learning and diapering needs.
Communicate effectively with the Toddler teaching team and Administration.
Attends team meetings, staff meetings and professional development events.
Is a collaborative team member and willing to learn and be adaptive, as needed
Ability to manage the classroom through positive redirection, problem solving, setting appropriate limits, and active listening
Experience in a Montessori environment is a plus

$11.00 - $12.50 per hour
