In this role, you will work closely with lead teachers to implement curriculum plans, support individual student needs, and promote positive behavior and development. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a safe space where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Manage classroom behavior by applying effective behavior management strategies that encourage positive interactions and self-regulation. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage with parents or guardians.
