In this role, you will work closely with lead teachers to implement curriculum plans, support individual student needs, and promote positive behavior and development. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a safe space where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy, numeracy, social skills, and physical development. Support classroom activities by engaging children in learning exercises, play-based activities, and physical education to foster holistic growth. Manage classroom behavior by applying effective behavior management strategies that encourage positive interactions and self-regulation. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that adheres to childcare standards and promotes child welfare. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage with parents or guardians.
