Welby Elementary Welby Elementary is seeking a dedicated Special Education Instructional Assistant (17 hours/week, M-F) who prioritizes student connection and growth above all else. We are looking for a patient, kind, and adaptable team player who is truly passionate about supporting our students' unique needs. If you are a caring professional willing to do whatever it takes to help children succeed, we would love to have you join our supportive school family. Must complete Basic Training (5 hours) provided by JSD Special Education Department. Training must be completed within one week of hire as a condition of employment. Additional training is available through the Special Education department allowing the employee to increase to lane 4 upon completion.
