The Role and Compensation:

Pay:

$15.00

Benefits:

401k with up to 4.5% matching, paid Federal holidays, and 8 hours of PTO. Summer Session (June 18

• July 24, 2026): 32.5 hours/week (8:30 AM
• 3:00 PM). School Year (August

Who You Are:

Experience:

1 or more years of professional experience working with children ages 3-6.

Education:

High School Diploma required. Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

Logistics:

Access to your own vehicle, current U.S. work authorization, and ability to pass background checks.

Language:

Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
