POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Program Assistant provides integrated administrative, operational, and project coordination support across DevTech's programs and corporate operations. The role supports project implementation, research activities, office management, and business development efforts, ensuring efficient execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities across teams and functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs moderately complex and often confidential administrative, operational, and project coordination duties requiring strong knowledge of organizational processes and procedures. Manages calendars, schedules meetings, and coordinates travel arrangements, ensuring efficient use of time and resources for leadership and project teams. Exercises sound judgment and a moderate level of autonomy to troubleshoot issues, anticipate needs, and support smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. Provides coordination support across multiple projects and teams, contributing to the planning, tracking, and execution of activities, deliverables, and timelines. Compiles, reviews, and analyzes information and data, maintaining accurate records, databases, and knowledge management systems. Coordinates meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics, agenda development, and preparation of supporting materials. Supports preparation of reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documentation, ensuring quality, consistency, and timeliness. Assists with administrative and operational aspects of project management, including tracking deliverables, supporting financial and contractual processes, and maintaining organized documentation. Provides support for business development and special projects, including research, coordination, and preparation of materials as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support or project coordination preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) The candidate must be a U.S. citizen to qualify for the required U.S. government security clearance for this project. This position is contingent upon award.
