  • 1:30. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher's Aide to support classroom activities and assist in the educational development of students. Ages range from 2 years of age
  • 4 years of age.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children. This role is essential in creating a positive learning environment, fostering student engagement, and supporting teachers in delivering effective lessons. Duties Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activitiws Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a conducive learning atmosphere. Provide individualized support to students, when needed. Participate in curriculum development and lesson planning as needed Supervise students during classroom activities, recess, and transitions Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills Experience Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices Experience in behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
