Job Overview:

We are seeking energetic Lead Teachers and Assistants to join our team. As a teacher or assistant, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow. If you have experience working with children, we would love to talk with you.

Duties:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Provide care and supervision for children, ensuring their safety at all times
• Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities
• Maintain open communication with parents, providing updates on their child's progress
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
• Monitor and manage behavior, implementing appropriate discipline strategies when necessary

Qualifications:

• Must be a reliable team player that loves Jesus
• Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred
• Ability to adapt lessons and activities to meet the individual needs of each child
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with children in their world
