Job Description

Who We Are Keswick School is an internationally recognized, non-profit therapeutic boarding school for boys ages 10-17 with complex academic and therapeutic needs. For over 60 years, we have provided vital support to our students and their families. We are a dedicated community of professionals with decades of experience who seek to make lasting change for students with a history of persistent failure. The Opportunity Keswick School is seeking energetic and dedicated applicants with a passion for helping children experience personal growth. Our Teacher's Aides provide engagement, guidance, structure, and nurturance while helping our students navigate their day, develop vital skills, and problem solve in the classroom setting.
Duties include:
building meaningful relationships supporting classroom learning in collaboration with the teacher ensuring the safety of all students, mentoring helping students hone skills supporting each student's therapeutic goals. What the Role Requires Strong interpersonal skills Confidence in leading activities and groups A collaborative spirit Ability to pass background checks A valid driver's license Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, education, or related field (preferred) Minimum education: High school diploma / GED and experience working with children
