Duties Develop and execute creative lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across subjects such as literacy, math, and social-emotional learning Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and implementing behavior management strategies Provide individualized attention to students with diverse needs, including those with autism or disabilities, ensuring inclusive participation and progress Foster a safe, nurturing environment by supervising children during activities, transitions, and outdoor play Help prepare educational materials and maintain organized classroom environments conducive to active learning Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood education principles like Montessori or preschool methodologies Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and classroom events to build strong partnerships Skills Strong understanding of childhood development and early childhood education best practices Ability to complete and implement lesson plans Knowledge of classroom management techniques to maintain an engaging and disciplined environment Excellent communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, children, and families Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learners including toddlers, preschoolers, and students in daycare or private school settings Familiarity with behavior management strategies and working with children requiring additional behavioral support This role is ideal for passionate educators eager to make a positive impact on young learners' lives.
