Building Blocks Preschool is looking to hire smiling faces to work in a fun, rewarding setting that shapes young minds in a supportive working environment. Duties Develop and execute creative lesson plans aligned with provided curriculum standards across subjects such as literacy, math, and social-emotional learning Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and implementing behavior management strategies Provide individualized attention to students with diverse needs, including those with autism or disabilities, ensuring inclusive participation and progress Foster a safe, nurturing environment by supervising children during activities, transitions, and outdoor play Help prepare educational materials and maintain organized classroom environments conducive to active learning Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood education principles like Montessori or preschool methodologies Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and classroom events to build strong partnerships Teachers are needed for working with students from 6 weeks to 12 years of age. Employees are required to work Monday through Friday in a part time setting which may include working at 6 am or until 6 pm.
