Job Description

Join our vibrant educational team as an Assistant Teacher and play a vital role in nurturing young minds! Support lead teachers in planning and executing age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy, math skills, and social-emotional development Assist with classroom management to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children of various abilities Work closely with children to encourage participation, foster independence, and support individual learning needs Help implement curriculum development strategies tailored for early childhood education and special education settings Support behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions and resolve conflicts effectively Assist with daily childcare routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and toddler care Maintain clear communication with parents and team members regarding each child's progress and needs Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school environments is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Familiarity with special education techniques, including working with individuals with autism and disabilities Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and children Ability to assist in lesson planning focused on literacy education, math fundamentals, and curriculum development Experience with classroom management strategies and behavior management techniques Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is a plus; Montessori or Toddler care experience is advantageous Passion for working with children and supporting their growth through engaging activities Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels young learners' curiosity!
