Leadership Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and experienced Pre-KindergartenTeacher Assistant to join the Hope Family! As a member of our early childhood education program, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and nurturing Christian environment for children to learn and grow. This is a role that requires strong organizational skills, early childhood education experience, curriculum building, ability to deal with children ranging in age from 6 weeks to 5 years old.Duties:
- Apply traditional Christian values to all day-to-day functions
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with supervisors to develop curriculum and educational programs
- Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure compliance with licensing regulations
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development
Experience:
- MUST personally exemplify strong traditional Christian values
- Must have relevant Early Childhood Education Experience
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans
