Job Description
Clinical Program Assistant (On-Call) Join a Team That Cares Compass Health is seeking a Clinical Program Assistant to support our Adult Intensive Teams located in Everett and Mount Vernon. What You'll Be Doing You'll play a key administrative role by supporting clinical and medical staff while helping ensure that our clients receive compassionate, well-coordinated care. Triage phone calls and greet clients in a friendly, professional manner Prepare reports, track service data, and maintain records Schedule meetings, prepare intake materials, and assist with correspondence Provide front desk coverage and assist with de-escalation when needed Ensure compliance with HIPAA and agency standards Support all office programs with general clerical tasks Must be able to work Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm What You'll Bring High School Diploma or equivalent (AA or BA preferred) Experience in medical, mental health, or social services preferred Skills & Strengths Strong clerical and administrative skills Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office Exceptional communication , multitasking, and problem-solving Ability to work respectfully and calmly in high-pressure situations Positive, solution-focused attitude Ability to pass a background check Physical Demands / Work Environment This position is based in a clinical office setting . Occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs) and frequent sitting, walking, and computer use are required. Reasonable accommodations available.
