Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and Spanish-speaking Montessori Lead Teacher to join our team. This position begins immediately for our Summer Camp starting June 29, 2026 , and continues through the upcoming school year (September 2026 - June 2027). A one-year commitment is mandatory . Key Responsibilities Lead a Montessori classroom using traditional materials and methods. Deliver daily instruction and communication natively in Spanish. Guide children in developing independence, confidence, and a love for learning. Maintain a clean, organized, and authentic Montessori environment Qualifications Montessori teaching credential. Native or professional fluency in Spanish (Required). Proven experience working with preschool-aged children. Strong communication and classroom management skills.
