POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist Lead Teacher in implementing monthly lesson plans and classroom management Create a nurturing, Christian environment in the classroom Facilitate activities that meet the group and individual needs of students Promote the educational progression of students to the next level Be an advocate for Cascade Christian Schools with families and the community Substitute for Lead Teacher when absent

REQUIREMENTS

Agrees with Cascade Christian Schools' Teaching Statement and Statement of Faith. Be at least 18 years of age Have a High School Diploma or GED Good communication skills Demonstrate an attitude of support and encouragement Ability to lift 30 lbs Ability to attend job-related activities during non-work hours (compensated) Prefer minimum one-year certification or two years of experience in Early Childhood Education Willingness to meet CPR/Current First Aid and other regulatory requirements Willingness to obtain CDA coursework

Monday through Friday, 8:30 am

SALARY RANGE

$19.05
