This role provides administrative, outreach, and participant support to ensure Education & Outreach programs are delivered with excellence, accuracy, and compassion. The role reports to the Education & Outreach Manager. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day program operations through scheduling, data entry, and maintaining organized program records Help coordinate and implement benefits enrollment events, community outreach activities, and health education workshops that serve AANHPI older adults Engage with participants in a respectful and culturally responsive manner through in-person interactions, phone calls, and email Assist with language access coordination to ensure services and materials are accessible to multilingual communities Develop and prepare outreach materials, flyers, and resource packets to support program delivery Work collaboratively with staff across teams to ensure participants receive high-quality services Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1+ years of administrative, program support, or community engagement experience preferred (nonprofit experience is a plus) Recent graduates and early career professionals are encouraged to apply! Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks Passion for supporting AANHPI communities and/or older adults Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database systems Multilingual ability in languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, or Tagalog strongly preferred A proactive team player who is eager to learn, collaborate, and grow in a mission-driven environment Excellent Benefit Package that includes: Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Paid Time Off 14 paid holidays annually How to Apply If you're passionate about helping older adults live with purpose, independence, and dignity, we'd love to hear from you.
