• Full-time Little Inspirations Childcare Center is growing and looking for team players dedicated to developing children to join our team.

We are looking for educated, fulltime, experienced, self-motivated lead/assistant certified co-teacher for our classrooms. Hours could be 4 ten hours shifts with one day off per week if desired. Qualified candidates will have CPR/Infant CPR w/AED, SIDS and Shaken Baby training. Applicants must understand how important child development is and will be able to plan and implement age appropriate curriculum and fun learning activities daily by following a bi-weekly theme based curriculum lesson plan format and enhance the classroom environment based on those themes. Engaging children in learning activities and self-help skills while maintaining an extremely clean and safe environment for learning and development is required. Additional necessities are to work cooperatively with a co-teacher and be a team player with excellent verbal and written skills for communication with staff and parents. Must have a love for children and desire to help them develop daily. It is essential to be physically capable of attending to children's needs throughout the day. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students. Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment. Foster effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress. Provide individualized support to students, including those with special needs. Ensure compliance with SIDS Certification and safety regulations in childcare settings. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum development and teaching strategies.
