• Full-time Little Inspirations Childcare Center is seeking a dedicated, experienced Lead Teacher to join our team and support children ages 2-4.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about early childhood development and creating a fun, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate, theme-based curriculum using a bi-weekly lesson plan format
• Lead daily activities that promote learning, creativity, and self-help skills
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with a co-teacher and contribute as a positive team member
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Previous childcare or classroom experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Genuine passion for working with young children

Schedule:

Full-time, with the option of four 10-hour shifts per week
