Daily Substitute Teachers:

Perform a variety of duties in assisting a licensed teacher in the implementation and support of instructional programs for students in group or one-on-one settings. Prepare instructional materials, maintain classroom discipline, and lead planned activities designated by a licensed teacher. Help develop and maintain a positive school-wide learning environment. In order to qualify to be a substitute teacher in the State of Wisconsin, you must: Must hold an Associate Degree or higher and hold a valid WI Teaching or Substitute License with the WI Department of Public Instruction. (We will provide information to apply for licensing after you apply on our website at www.edustaff.org and attend an Edustaff workshop.) Submit a Negative TB Test or TB Assessment Form (More information provided during our training workshop.) Pass a Background Check Prior to

Special Education Assistant Substitutes Position Summary of Substitute Special Education Assistants:
- Perform a variety of duties in assisting a licensed Special Education teacher in the implementation and support of instructional programs for students in group or one-on-one settings.
- Prepares instructional materials, maintains classroom discipline, and leads planned activities designated by a licensed teacher or SPED Aide.
- Helps maintain a positive school-wide learning environment.
In order to qualify to be a Substitute Special Education Assistant in the State of Wisconsin, you MUST meet the following qualifications: Pass a background check 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED required Submit a TB test/assessment form (More information provided during our training workshop.) Hold a Valid WI SPED Aide License through the WI DPI (If you do not have one, we will cover how to apply during our training workshop.)
