Green Bay, WI Job Details Part-time From $20 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications School experience Student supervision Professional networking Teamwork Working with students Full Job Description Preschool Instructional Aide (Part-Time)Saint Joseph School | Green Bay, WI Saint Joseph School is seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Preschool Instructional Aide to join our preschool (3K & 4K) teaching team for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to help create a joyful, engaging, and supportive learning environment. You will work alongside our preschool teaching team to support students in both our 3K and 4K programs. Position Details Part-Time Approximately 15-20 hours per week School-year position (August - May) Flexible scheduling opportunities available Hourly compensation based on experience About Our Preschool Program Saint Joseph School is implementing a collaborative, multi-age preschool model where 3K and 4K students learn together through hands-on activities, learning centers, thematic units, and guided exploration. Our preschool team works closely together to create an environment where every child is known, supported, and encouraged to grow academically, socially, and spiritually. Responsibilities Assist teachers during classroom instruction and learning center activities Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce skills and concepts Support classroom routines, transitions, and daily activities Help prepare materials and learning spaces as directed by teachers Supervise students during classroom activities, recess, and other designated times Foster a positive, nurturing, and safe environment for all children Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student success Qualifications Experience working with young children preferred Positive, patient, and nurturing disposition Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Dependable, organized, and willing to take initiative Commitment to supporting the mission and values of our Catholic school Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a preschool, childcare, educational, or related setting Coursework or training in Early Childhood Education Experience supporting students in small-group or individualized settings Why Saint Joseph School?
