Job Description
Start (or grow) your career in child care! As an Assistant Teacher, you will support Lead Teachers in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with kids and wants to grow in the field of early childhood education. ✨ Responsibilities Assist in supervising and caring for children at all times Support classroom routines, including meals, naps, and activities Help implement age-appropriate learning activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Communicate positively with children, staff, and families Follow all Wisconsin child care licensing rules and center policies Experience working with children preferred (but willing to train the right candidate!)
