Bader Hillel Academy is seeking a full time paraprofessional for the 2022-2023 school year. Desired candidates have special education qualifications and/or experience.   • Assist elementary school students with special education needs in classroom activities.
  • Support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans tailored to individual student requirements.
  • Provide one-on-one assistance to students with learning challenges.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Utilize communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Implement behavior management strategies to support student development and success. Qualifications
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students and staff
  • Knowledge or experience in special education practices
  • Ability to implement behavior management strategies
  • Familiarity with classroom management techniques
  • Understanding of literacy and math education principles
