- Part-time, Full-time Ro Health is hiring for qualified Special Education Program Aides and Behavioral Aides to work with Oak Creek school districts for the 2025-2026 school year!
Overview:
In-person Oak Creek School Districts Schedule:
M- F 8:00 AM
- 3:00 PM (outside of school breaks)
Compensation:
$20- 24 Start TBD Our providers are assigned to cases as either 1:1 supports, or as a general classroom aide.
General classroom supports:
providers who are assigned to work with a single teacher or classroom. In this role, providers will support wherever they are needed most by the teacher. Typically every day looks different in this position, and you may be working with several different students throughout your day.Qualifications:
At a minimum, candidates must have a Wisconsin Special Education Program Aide License Previous experience working in a school setting Required Minimum 6 months experience in childcare Associate's degree preferred, High School Diploma Required Experience working with students with high behavioral support needs Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders preferred Strong assessment skills Passion for supporting students in the learning process Inclination to work well in a team environment Candidates with at least 48 college credits are encouraged to apply! Psych Degrees are well suited for this roleResponsibilities:
