Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding client service through one-on-one interactions, emails, phone calls, typed and handwritten notes, and videos Thoroughly document all advisor-client interactions, conversations, concerns, and action items (we live by "document, document, document") while protecting client privacy Research investment portfolios and life insurance options; assist with portfolio construction, implementation, updates, and servicing Prepare daily folders, abbreviated notes, and financial models for weekly advisor appointments Handle post-appointment follow-ups, meeting recaps, action items, and team coordination Serve as backup for office tasks (answering calls, scheduling, preparing applications) and cross-train toward independent advisory work What We Offer Outstanding work-life balance : 36-hour workweek — office closes every Friday at 12:30 PM Generous paid time off : Full Christmas break (Christmas Eve through New Year's Day), extra paid days off (full Fridays before Memorial Day & Labor Day weekends, Presidents' Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day), plus earned vacation time Competitive starting salary of $38,000 - $48,000 Professional development assistance and a clear 3-year growth path into a Financial Advisor role Positive team culture focused on integrity, innovation, and client success Qualifications Customer service experience preferred (financial services, banking, insurance, marketing, or sales is a strong plus) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel Excellent oral and written communication, telephone etiquette, and interpersonal skills Superior time management, multitasking, self-direction, and a positive attitude Associate degree (minimum) or higher preferred Willingness to pass the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam if not currently securities licensed Must be able to pass fingerprint, criminal, and credit background checks Available to start as soon as possible This position is ideal for someone seeking a long-term home in client advocacy or the perfect springboard into a rewarding career as a financial advisor.
