Job Description Summary Peer tutors play a vital role in supporting ACOM students through small group sessions, individual tutoring, and exam preparation. This is a great opportunity to strengthen your own understanding of course material while helping your peers succeed Job Description Essential Functions Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions for medical school students in subjects such as anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pharmacology, and clinical reasoning. Adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs, ensuring comprehension of complex concepts. Assist students in preparing for exams, practical assessments. Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth. Collaborate with faculty to identify areas where students may need extra support. Supervised Positions none Qualifications Minimum Education Required Must be in good standing with ACOM Minimum GPA of 3.5 Must have earned at least an 86% average in the courses you are tutoring Shift Day Shift Details First FTE 0.2 Type Per Diem Join one of Forbes 500 best mid-sized employers in America.
