Modern office setting Meet the interests and learning styles of students. Encourage students to explore learning opportunities and career paths. Work with students one on one when they need help or attention. Maintain positive relationships with students, coworkers, and supervisors. Managing student behavior Create a safe, respectful and inclusive classroom environment Help students improve their study methods and habits. Administer tests to assess student progress. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop their personalities and skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate for the job with an ability to reach out to students and create a relationship of mutual trust.
