Middle School Academic & Executive Function Support (Part-Time) Are you passionate about helping middle schoolers thrive? We are looking for warm, reliable educators to provide in-home academic and organizational support for middle school students across the Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley areas. Our company takes a whole-child approach, focusing on both academic success and the development of critical life skills. This role is ideal for experienced educators who enjoy building long-term relationships with students and families while working a flexible, part-time schedule. Hours will build gradually based on your availability and client needs, typically ranging from 5-10 hours per week during after-school and early evening hours. What You'll Do:

Help students build systems to manage daily assignments, long-term projects, and study plans Provide in-home support with homework completion and study strategies across multiple subjects Guide students in developing executive functioning skills like time management, organization, and task prioritization Set clear, attainable goals with each student and track their progress Communicate regularly with parents about student growth and any areas needing additional support Offer encouraging, practical feedback to strengthen student confidence and independence

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree or higher AZ teaching certification Several years of teaching experience (grades 5-8 ) Strong understanding of middle school curriculum and academic demands Training in executive function development is a plus Whole-child, student-centered approach Current fingerprint clearance card or willingness to obtain one Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with students and families Reliable transportation for in-home sessions How to
