Part-time / Contract ​Job Description ​We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Spanish Teacher / Tutor to join our team! Our business is committed to providing high-quality educational support, and we need a fluent Spanish speaker who is passionate about helping students master a second language. ​As a tutor, you will work with students to improve their speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills. Whether they are beginners or looking to advance their fluency, your goal will be to create a supportive and engaging learning environment. ​ Responsibilities ​Provide one-on-one or small group Spanish instruction to students (various ages/levels). ​Develop lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and learning styles. ​Help students improve grammar, vocabulary, and conversational skills. ​Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents or the business owner. ​Incorporate cultural elements into lessons to provide a well-rounded learning experience. ​ Qualifications ​Fluency in Spanish and English is required. ​Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or education preferred. ​Strong communication skills and a patient, encouraging attitude. ​Ability to simplify complex grammar rules for younger learners. ​Reliable transportation to our office in Surprise. ​Schedule & Pay ​

Pay :

[$20-$50/hour] ​

Hours :

Flexible; afternoon and evening sessions preferred to accommodate student schedules.
