Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and passionate educator to provide in-person tutoring tailoring reading instruction to elementary students, including those with special education needs such as autism and ADHD in various Tucson locations. Students are in the Pre K reading level. Instruction is personalized and designed to strengthen foundational skills, boost confidence, and accelerate academic growth. This is an excellent opportunity for certified teachers or experienced educators looking for flexible, meaningful, one-on-one teaching experiences.

Responsibilities:

Build positive, encouraging relationships with students and families Develop and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons in core subjects Assess student needs and track progress toward academic goals Communicate promptly and professionally with YTT staff and parents

Qualifications:

Certified teacher or former/current private school teacher (retired educators welcome)At least 1 year of professional teaching experience (required) Tutoring experience preferred (training available) Experience teaching students on the Autism spectrum who also have ADHD. Passionate about education and committed to student growth. Reliable, organized, and communicative
