The ideal candidate will have a background in tutoring settings within PreK-12th grade students, passionate about working with students, Duties Create individualized lesson plans that cater to the unique learning styles of each student. Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in subjects as needed, ensuring that students grasp key concepts and skills. Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to ensure academic success. Maintain an organized record of student performance and communicate progress . Meet with team virtually or in person on occasion for team meetings. Must be able to speak to parents briefly on student update Experience Prior experience in tutoring or working with students Must have reliable transportation to drive to students' homes or meet at the libraries
