Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to support students in their academic journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves working with students of various ages and backgrounds, providing personalized instruction tailored to their individual needs. The Tutor will play a crucial role in enhancing students' understanding of subjects, boosting their confidence, and promoting a love for learning. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in subjects such as English. Bring your own device like ipad, laptop to engage and effectively utilize the hybrid learning environment. Utilize learning technology and resources to enhance the tutoring experience. Assess students' progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment. Support students with special education needs through tailored instructional methods. Foster strong relationships with students to encourage open communication and trust. Collaborate with parents and educators to track student progress and address any concerns. Skills Proficient in using Learning Management Systems and efficiently provide constructive feedbacks everyday into the system. Strong tutoring and teaching skills with experience working with children. Knowledge of classroom management techniques to maintain an effective learning atmosphere. Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficient in common core standards Excellent writing skills for creating educational materials and reports. A genuine passion for helping students succeed academically while fostering their personal growth.
