With over 3 million hours of tutoring delivered, our personalized, data-driven instruction supports measurable student growth. Position Overview We're hiring Instructional Support Specialists to work on school sites, providing individualized learning in Math and Reading . This role uses research-based strategies to help students meet grade-level benchmarks and accelerate learning. Requirements Minimum Associate's degree in Education or a related field. Experience tutoring Math and Reading Strong background working with high school students and/or Math instruction up to Algebra 2/ Geometry preferred. Bilingual proficiency strongly preferred (Spanish, Pashto, or Arabic). Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Passion for closing achievement gaps and student success.

Schedule & Pay:
