Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a focused and respectful learning environment. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to monitor progress and adjust instructional approaches accordingly. Plan engaging lessons that incorporate best practices in early childhood education and special education when necessary. Support students' social-emotional development by fostering a positive attitude toward learning and encouraging active participation. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in classroom settings or tutoring environments. Strong knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Familiarity with learning technology platforms and digital educational resources. Background in early childhood education or preschool experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with students, parents, and colleagues. Experience in special education or working with children with diverse learning needs is a plus.
