Located in Irvine, CA, our team is looking for elementary and/or middle school tutors. Here at Kairos Kids we develop individualized learning programs tailored to each students' needs to supplement students' current studies. Sessions are either delivered in a one-on-one setting or a small group class. Prospective tutors should possess the following qualities: Genuinely passionate about helping students succeed and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that they do so Knowledgeable in subject material Experienced in teaching and mentoring Patient, professional, and prompt Responsibilities Provide high-quality, personalized academic instruction for students Schedule with students and adjust as needed. Foster a supportive and encouraging environment that promotes student growth Provide timely feedback of student performance/progress with parents and company staff as needed (usually once a month) Minimum Qualifications Currently pursuing or in possession of Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college Previous experience tutoring or teaching Reliable form of transportation Excellent written and verbal communication skills
