Full Job Description Overview:

Armenta Learning Academy is a small private tutoring academy that has been serving families in Orange County for over 40 years. We specialize in one on one and very small group support for kids with autism, behavioral challenges, and learning differences. We are expanding our roster of behavior support specialists. This is a flexible roster position. We match you to students based on your availability and skillset and reach out when we have a strong fit. This is ideal for you if: You have ABA or behavior intervention experience and want flexible part time work You are an RBT, behavior tech, or ABA therapist looking for supplemental income on your own schedule You are confident managing challenging behaviors in a calm one on one setting What you bring: Background in ABA, behavior intervention, or working with moderate to severe autism Experience managing challenging behaviors and supporting emotional regulation Confident, patient, and structured in your approach Reliable and communicative

Pay:

$24 to $33 per hour depending on experience
