Job Summary ADHD Academic Tutor & Coach 5-9 hrs/week • Afternoons & Weekends • 1-on-1 On-Call / PTADHD Specialist1-on-1 TutoringCoachingK-12Flexible Hours About the role We are a growing private practice specializing in supporting children and teens with ADHD, ADD, learning challenges, behavioral needs, and IEPs. We're looking for an enthusiastic, heart-centered tutor who goes beyond academics — someone who connects with kids where they are and helps them build real confidence and skills. This is not your typical tutoring role. You'll provide one-on-one academic tutoring and coaching, and also serve as a resource and support for parents navigating the ADHD journey. What you'll do Deliver engaging, interactive one-on-one tutoring sessions for students with ADHD Use hands-on, creative, game-based approaches tailored to each student Provide coaching support around executive function, focus, and study skills Communicate professionally with parents and offer guidance and encouragement Adapt your approach to meet each child exactly where they are Who you are Experience working with students with ADHD or behavioral challenges Open, eager, and motivated to grow your ADHD-specific skills and techniques Fun, energetic, passionate — you genuinely love working with kids and teens Creative, flexible, and able to think on your feet Comfortable using games, movement, and hands-on activities to teach Professional in communication and presentation Available during afternoon hours and weekends as needed Open to expanding hours as the practice grows How to apply Send your resume and a brief intro to msperfectadhd@gmail.com .
