Our administration handles all parent questions and will coordinate the scheduling between your availability and the students' availability. Since we are a premium tutoring service, we attract students who are motivated and actually want to learn. Our number one priority is that our tutors not only are experts in the subjects they teach but also have the ability to connect with their students and enjoy the process of working together.

ABOUT YOU

If you're the right tutor for our team, YOU… have a minimum of 1 year of recent experience teaching/tutoring math for ACT and SAT (Required). are an expert in test-taking strategies, ACT & SAT format, and high school-level math (Required). have experience teaching/tutoring math for GRE, ISEE, and PSAT (A plus!). can also tutor in a wide variety of subjects, such as Algebra 2, Geometry, PreCalculus, and/or Calculus (Preferred). enjoy mentoring high school students. are skilled at breaking complex problems down into manageable parts. make learning fun and are a confident teacher. want a rewarding job that allows you to use your education and experience. have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in the subjects you will be teaching, with a University GPA >3.5 (Required). have access to a laptop (with screen annotation capabilities) and reliable internet connection (Required).

ABOUT THE POSITION

Part-time position (5-15 hours) In-person tutoring in Sorrento Valley and Rancho Bernardo Paid tutor training is provided.

Salary:

$30-40/hour depending on background and experience Position starts ASAP Please apply ONLY if you have a Bachelor's degree and recent test prep tutoring/teaching experience.
