Tutor - Kumon Math and Reading

You are a college student or taking a gap year 2. You are a junior in high school getting ready for your senior year 3. You are a retired teacher / substitute teacher or aspiring graduate student focusing on Education / Child Psychology to oversee daily operations and work with our students on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills. I am looking for candidates with teaching experience with a passion for young children.

• Duties:

• Manage office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency
• Keep center clean, organized, and professional
• Help with creative marketing projects
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
• Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
• Oversee front desk activities and ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively

• Qualifications:

• Teaching experience
• elementary, middle, high school (one, not all)
• Proven experience in office management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of administrative tasks and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite
• Experience in after school tutoring centers is a plus
