6th - 12th ELA Tutor

We are a quickly growing tutoring company based in Niceville, FL focused on tutoring local students, in person, from Kindergarten to 12th grade. We offer general education subjects, ESE support, and college entrance test prep. Tutoring is done in person and typically at the local library, but sessions can also be held at a private home at the tutor's discretion. We are looking for candidates who are skilled, upbeat, and ready for a challenge to meet each child where they are on their academic journey. We are looking for a dedicated ELA Tutor in the Fort Walton Beach area to provide personalized tutoring in various ELA classes 6th Grade-12th Grade. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ELA and be effective at teaching students at all levels.

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 instruction to students. Manage Scheduling with families Maintain a Google calendar Manage any needed preparation for session

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Teaching certificate or relevant tutoring experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Please note this is a 1099 Contract Position and hours are not guaranteed. •
