Classroom Teaching Teaching Full Job Description Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated, creative, and reliable homeschool teacher/tutor to work with our three children—two 8-year-olds (one boy and one girl) and an 11-year-old girl. The ideal candidate will support and guide them through their homeschool curriculum while fostering a positive, engaging, and well-rounded learning environment.

Learning Environment:

Instruction takes place in a structured classroom setting within our business space, which is fully equipped for academic learning. In addition, we offer a unique outdoor area designed for hands-on experiences, including activities such as agriculture, cooking, and other practical life skills. We value a balanced educational approach that integrates traditional academics with experiential learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide students through their homeschool curriculum across core subjects Adapt teaching methods to meet each child's individual learning style and pace Incorporate creative and hands-on learning opportunities Foster a positive, encouraging, and structured environment Support development of practical life skills alongside academic growth Maintain consistency and routine in daily instruction

Qualifications:

Prior teaching, tutoring, or homeschooling experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Patient, engaging, and adaptable teaching style Passion for working with children and supporting their development Ability to bring creativity and enthusiasm into daily lessons
