Position Overview:

We're seeking enthusiastic tutors and educators to work with students in grades 7th

• 12th .

You'll provide personalized instruction using Huntington's structured programs. We are especially looking for tutors who: Can teach core verbal and math concepts for students of all ages Are experienced in standardized test prep (SAT, ACT, FAST, PERT, Accuplacer, ASVAB, FTCE, SSAT, etc.) Can break down complex concepts into clear, approachable steps Are comfortable using learning technology to enhance instruction Subjects include: Math, Reading, English, Writing, Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Spanish, Study Skills, and Test Prep (ACT/SAT). Responsibilities Provide individualized or small-group tutoring sessions Assess student progress and adjust instruction as needed Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment Support students in strengthening academic skills and confidence Qualifications ✔ Bachelor's degree required ✔ Teaching certification is a plus ✔ Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Ideal for college students, retired professionals, or educators seeking flexible part-time work Schedule . Note:

Tutoring for most students occurs in the afternoon after school is out, however, we also have morning sessions and Saturday's available. During the summer we are open 9am to 6pm.
