We are currently seeking energetic, dependable, and motivated Academic Tutors to join our Kendall team. This is an excellent opportunity for high school upperclassmen, college students, aspiring educators, and anyone passionate about making a difference in students' lives. What You'll Do Lead small-group tutoring sessions with up to 5 students Support K-12 students in subjects such as Math, Reading, Science, and Language Arts Follow structured lesson plans and curriculum provided by Amigos Tutoring Foster a positive, engaging, and productive learning environment Encourage student participation, confidence, and academic growth Serve as a mentor and positive role model for students What We Offer Flexible part-time schedules Afternoon, evening, weekend, and summer shifts available Competitive hourly pay Paid training and ongoing professional development Opportunities for advancement into leadership roles Valuable experience in education, communication, and mentorship Supportive team environment focused on student success Qualifications High school junior, senior, college student, or recent graduate Passion for working with children and helping students succeed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, positive, patient, and professional attitude Prior tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or childcare experience is a plus, but not required High school diploma or equivalent required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Why Work at Amigos Tutoring?
