Responsibilities Design and implement effective lesson plans tailored to diverse student needs in English Language Arts (ELA) and Mathematics for grades K-8 Utilize various learning technologies and educational tools to enhance instruction and engagement Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions that reinforce classroom learning and address individual challenges Manage classroom behavior to create a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment Collaborate with teachers, parents, and caregivers to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly Apply classroom management techniques to foster positive interactions and maintain student focus during sessions Incorporate curriculum development principles to ensure lessons align with grade-level standards and learning objectives Experience Prior classroom experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings, including preschool or early childhood education preferred Demonstrated success in tutoring or teaching in academic subjects such as ELA and Math at the K-8 level Knowledge of special education strategies and experience working with students with diverse learning needs is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues Familiarity with lesson planning, classroom management, and the use of learning technology tools is highly desirable Experience in childcare or working with young children enhances ability to connect with early learners Join us at Jet To Success in making a meaningful difference by supporting students' academic growth through energetic teaching, innovative methods, and dedicated mentorship.
