Huntington Learning Center of South Tampa is growing, and we're looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated educators to join our team! We are currently hiring qualified math teachers and professionals to tutor high school students in subjects such as SAT/ACT Math, Algebra I & II, Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics, and Calculus. Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required Must reside in the Tampa Bay area
  • This is an in-person position Prior experience teaching SAT/ACT Math, Algebra I & II, and Geometry Teaching certification or license is preferred Strong content knowledge in Trigonometry, Calculus, and Statistics Ability to pass a math content assessment covering Algebra through Calculus A passion for education and a commitment to student success
What You'll Do:
Provide individualized instruction to high school students Help students build confidence, improve test scores, and achieve academic goals Create a supportive and engaging learning environment Adapt teaching strategies to fit individual learning styles Use Huntington's proven curriculum and tools—both physical and digital
Tutoring Hours:
Set your own schedule within our available hours—consistency from week to week is required.
Monday-Thursday:
9:00-7:00
PM Friday:
9:00 AM
  • 4:00
PM Sunday:
11:00 AM
  • 4:00
PM Please Note:
We are unable to consider candidates who are currently employed by another tutoring organization.
