What You'll Do Lead and support a team of instructors during sessions Deliver individualized instruction in a group setting Monitor student progress and engagement Communicate progress with parents and families Teach in-center, online, or hybrid using the Mathnasium Method™ Stay organized and assist with light administrative tasks Help maintain a safe, positive, and professional learning environment ✅ What We're Looking For ❤️ Passion for math and working with students ️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills Solid math skills (Algebra 2 and above) Leadership ability with a team-first mindset Eagerness to learn, grow, and be coached Ability to balance teaching and leadership responsibilities Requirements Pass a math literacy assessment Provide work authorization Successfully complete a background check Ready to Make an Impact?
