We provide paid training and will teach you everything you need to know through the proven Mathnasium Method. Quick Role Summary As a Mathnasium Instructor , you will work directly with students to deliver engaging math instruction while building confidence and problem-solving skills. Instructors support individualized learning plans, motivate students, and create a welcoming environment where students feel encouraged to succeed. This role blends education, mentorship, and relationship-building. What We Offer $12-15 hourly rate Part-time position with flexible scheduling Opportunities for Growth and Leadership Development across multiple centers Paid training on the Mathnasium Method Supportive team environment with ongoing coaching and mentorship What You Will Do Deliver engaging and effective math instruction as a Mathnasium Instructor Create a positive and productive learning environment for students Motivate and inspire students to build confidence in math Support individualized student learning plans Track student progress and communicate with the Center Manager and team Assist with daily center operations as needed Help create a welcoming experience for students and families Core Responsibilities Student Instruction & Engagement Relationship Building with Students and Families Progress Tracking & Instructional Support Classroom Support & Center Operations Requirements Primary Objectives & Skills Comfortable teaching math concepts up to Algebra Ability to connect with students and parents Experience working with children preferred Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and grow as an instructor and teacher Schedule & Availability This is a part-time Instructor position with flexible hours .
