Assisting student with K-12 math and reading help as needed. Grading and prepping work for students Administrative & Other tasks to ensure smooth running of the center Develop positive relationships with students and their families Provide guidance and support to students in order to help them reach their academic goals Keep accurate records of student progress Have a great customer service Ability to multi-task in high stress environment Experience working with children Able to type and use computer

• closes and opens center Always on time Filing, answering calls, organization, checking in students, managing center when Director is not present support the instructor in parent communications and other operational duties, as needed Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment: multitask between teaching students, grading papers, and preparing files
• Availability for marketing events or activities as needed
• Anything else that the center owner seems as necessary
