A 4-year degree, preferably in Education, Teaching, or a related field Background in teaching or academic instruction strongly preferred 1-2 years of management, customer service, sales, or education experience preferred A warm, customer-friendly attitude with genuine care for students and families Ability to conduct professional parent consultations — clearly communicating student assessment results, curriculum recommendations, and program expectations in a welcoming and reassuring manner Ability to manage instruction, operations, and parent relations simultaneously Motivation to take the initiative to ensure that a student's time at Huntington is memorable
What Your Day Looks Like:
Leading parent meetings — presenting evaluation results and guiding families through next steps with warmth and confidence Managing front-end operations, scheduling, and daily center activities Hiring, training, and supervising part-time teachers Reviewing student programs and ensuring academic milestones are met Instructing students, mentoring teachers, and supporting local marketing efforts Compensation & Benefits Please note: this position does not include health, dental, or other traditional employee benefits.
