Tutor/Learning Specialist

Enrichment Therapy & Learning Center is looking for a dedicated teacher who knows how to motivate children to achieve success, is a team player in developing a specific education plan for each child's individual needs, and loves working with families. We are looking to hire an incredible part-time elementary educator (special education or regular education accepted). Our programs will expose you to a new way of looking at education that is innovative, unique, and a key resource for children who struggle in school and need an individualized approach. A background in working with children who exhibit math and reading delays and attention deficits is necessary. At Enrichment TLC you will join a team of professionals that closely collaborate with one another to develop a program that has been shown to elevate a child's performance to incredibly high levels, thereby increasing job satisfaction and fulfillment. We also consider Thursdays the new Friday at our office as we are closed on Fridays. Compensation is based on experience. Conduct assessments for math, reading, writing, comprehension, and expressive writing Recognize different learning styles and tailor a program specific to each student's needs Teach research-proven techniques for both online and in-person sessions Build meaningful connections with parents to devise an individualized program for their child Communicate the child's progress to parents consistently Collaborate with the student's school Providing students with positive and constructive feedback Collect data regularly based on the student's performance Develop evaluation reports and treatment plans for each student detailing the child's current abilities and goals that address academic deficits
