Aug 26, 2026 Job Description Implement individualized ABA programs and behavior intervention plans as designed by the BCBA. Provide direct 1:1 or small-group instruction to support students in the development of communication, social, academic, and self-care skills. Utilize reinforcement strategies and data-driven techniques to encourage positive behavior. Collect, record, and summarize data on student progress and behavior throughoutsessions. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to review data and adjustprogramming. Support students during transitions, mealtimes, and classroom activities as needed. Collaborate with teachers and therapists to support carryover of skills across settings. Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment at all times. Adhere to all district and special education policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) and/or 504 Plan.
